Why am I still awake and what can I do about it? 

Trouble falling and staying asleep may well be one of our most common ailments in today's world. And it is so common and prevalent that we as a society no longer even recognize what chronic lack of sleep does to our bodies, our minds and our relationships with others. If you see yourself or those you love in this statement - join us.  

In this workshop along with Yoga Therapist Bunkie Righter you will explore what science tells us about this problem and how yoga can help. From how we wake up in the morning, setting us up for success throughout the day, to how we go back to sleep and what to do if we wake up, these sessions will offer practical takeaways and resources you can put to use right away. 

Some yoga mats provided, bring a mat if you have one.
