Natural Readers

Meeting at the visitor center in Freedom Park, second Friday of every month at 10 am. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as we will be walking one of the Freedom Park trails while we discuss the month’s book choice, The Genius of Birds by Jennifer Ackerman. In this book, she explores research that delves into the mental life of birds that shifts our definition of what it means to be intelligent.

You will also be able to pick up a copy of next month's book, The Displacements by Bruce Holsinger.
