For the Love of Chocolate In-Person
Join Mary Griffith, chocolatier and chocolate sommelier, a talented and award-winning local chocolatier, to learn about the history of chocolate, where and how chocolate grows, and how it is harvested.
Learning about the different types of chocolate is fun and tasty at the same time! The amount of cacao in a piece of chocolate certainly changes its flavor and depth. What makes one chocolate different from another? What is the proper way to taste chocolate?
We will sample 3-4 different types of chocolate/chocolate combinations and discuss what is really different about them.
Spots are limited. Registration required.
