On June 29th 1776, The delegates of the 5th Virginia Convention ratified the new State Constitution establishing a government that placed the rights of the people first and foremost.  Join the delegates in a first person, participatory  program that traces the in and outs of the debate on self-governance in 1776 , and our shared Virginia History.
