George Washington's Mount Vernon

This digital pass provides free general admission for up to 2 adults and all accompanying children under 18. Pass also provides a 10% discount in the museum gift shop, food court, and at the Mount Vernon Inn Restaurant. Pass does not include a free guidebook. No timed tickets are needed for the mansion tours. Parking is free and available in the nearby lots on the east and west sides of the Highway as you enter.
Please Note: Mount Vernon is undergoing significant renovations from now through August 2026. Parts of the mansion and museum exhibits will be closed during this time; however, neither the mansion nor the estate will ever close entirely. Please check the Mount Vernon website for up to date information on any closures and visit the renovation page before visiting to see specifically which rooms in the mansion will be closed and when.
Open: Daily, April through October 9am – 5pm and November through March 9am – 4pm
**The Education Center is closed but will reopen in 2026.**
