Preservation Virginia

This digital pass provides free general admission for two (2) adults and up to three (3) children, 17 and under, to the following six sites: Bacon’s Castle, Cape Henry Lighthouse, Historic Jamestowne, the John Marshall House, Patrick Henry’s Scotchtown, and Smith’s Fort.

Note about Historic Jamestowne:

This pass will cover the Preservation Virginia admission to Historic Jamestowne, but visitors must still pay the National Park Service admission fee here. 

Note about Cape Henry:

Because Cape Henry is located on a military base (Joint Expeditionary Base Fort Story or JEBFS), visitors over the age of 16 will be subject to a background check upon arrival at the base which is required due to the high security at JEBFS. Please plan to show your Explore Virginia pass and make sure everyone over the age of 16 has either a Real ID or passport which is required for entry.
