**Please note: If you placed a reservation prior to April 23, 2025, you have reserved the physical pass and will need to visit the library building you selected to get the physical pass, unless you cancel the reservation. For any reservations placed after April 23, 2025, you will be reserving the digital pass for the day you plan to visit the zoo which will be sent to you via email, so you do not need to visit a library building for your pass.**
This pass provides free admission for up to 6 visitors (children under 2 are always free). Pass also includes a 10% discount in the Virginia Zoo gift shop and the Beastro restaurant. Parking is available in the lot in front of the entrance building at no cost.
Open: Daily from 9:30am – 4pm. The last admission to the zoo is at 3pm
Closed: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day
